General Rules
- Run needs to be done according to the Team Hitless rules
- Runs may not contain modded NSFW content
- Any loss of health, including from enemies, environmental hazards (lava, poison water), fall damage, or contact damage, counts as a hit.
- Getting hit without losing health still counts as a hit.
- Shielding attacks or projectiles is NOT permitted (except where required for game progression — see below).
- All glitches are banned; unintended sequence breaks are permitted (ex: Deku Tree B1 Skip).
- Voiding counts as a hit and is not permitted.
- Saving and quitting is only allowed at the start of dungeons:
- Temple of Time (adult Link)
- Kokiri Forest (child Link)
- Emulator use is allowed.
- Master Quest, 3DS, and ship versions are allowed.
- Power Crouch Stabbing banned.
- Mini-game failures do not count as hits.
- Mandatory shields: Shielding The Deku Scrub before Slingshot / 231 Scrubs / Using mirror shield on Twinrova are mandatory requirements to advance in the game and do not count as hits.
- Getting grabbed by Dead Hand, Gibdos, ReDeads, Wallmasters, or being caught by guards counts as a hit.
- Hits during Nayru’s Love still count as a hit.
- Red damage flashes during cutscenes or hookshot usage do NOT count as hits.
- Rolling through traps is allowed; getting hit during a roll counts as a hit if contact occurs.
- No Glitches (unintended sequence breaks allowed).
- Getting caught by castle/gerudo guards counts as a hit.
General No Damage Rules
- Only actual health loss counts as a hit.
- Getting hit without damage does not count.
- Shielding attacks/projectiles is allowed.
- Voiding is permitted as long as no damage is taken.
- Other rules align with No-Hit regulations (glitch bans, save/quit spots, etc.)
