Run Submissions
To submit a run please join the Team Hitless Discord Server. You can find a Link below at the bottom of the page.
Runs are separated into "First Runs" and "Post First Runs". First Runs are for Team Entry and will get verification priority. Post First Runs are all further Runs.
After submitting it, your run will be added to our verifier workbook, where our Verifiers will check runs in order of submission.
This can take a few weeks or a few days depending on your game's verification queue. After a run has been claimed it should be verified within 3 weeks at the most.
If you're concerned about the amount of time passed since you submitted you run, feel free to DM @ModMail on the TH Discord Server for assistance.
If your run is successfully verified, you will be tagged in the server and given the Hitless role as well as the corresponding game role.
If your run is rejected for any reason, your verifier will DM you on Discord, so keep an eye out for message requests.
After your run gets verified, it will enter the editing queue. First-Run Submissions will enter a priority queue and be uploaded to the website (along with a newly made profile page) faster than the standard queue. Post-First Runs will enter the standard queue.
While we do the best we can, runs are not always added to the website in the order received. Just like the verification process, the editor queue is organized by game, so often you will see many runs in the same game added to the site all at once before moving to the next.
Out of fairness for everyone please refrain from asking Staff to add your runs ahead of the queue. Thanks for being patient!
